The apartments are almost 5.00 m high, the mezzanin (split level) is inside the room. Only a few minutes away from The National Museum, Museum of Applied Arts, Danube, Gellért SPA.s, The City Market, The Great Synagogue. etc.. Each flat is ideal for 1-4 persons, 40 m2 large, pedestrian streets of Budapest Váci, Ráday utca at 10' walking distance. MUPA, National Theatre, Opera House, New York Palace are also at a comfortable walking distance.
In front of the building you have HARMINCKETTESEK TERE tram station where trams number 4 and 6 come every 3-4 minutes. Only a few minutes away, you have CORVIN SÉTÁNY Kőrút, Kálvin tér and Blaha Lujza metro stations as well as a bus and a trolley station.
A night bus stop is also there in front of the house, that is very important for people who come for The Sziget Festival of Budapest, Hungaroring or, would like to have fun at late hours or want to go for a nightbath at Széchenyi, Rudas or Gellért Baths. There are 9 univeristies in the area: Sote, Corvinus, Andrássy, Pázmány Péter, ELTE, etc. but, other attractions like: The City Market, The Vigadó, The Parliament, Liszt Ferenc Academy, The Opera, St. Stephan Basilique, The City Park, Museum of Fine Arts, Heroes Square, The Synagougue, etc. are also at about 15' time by public transport.
