Our apartment house is located on the Pest side of Budapest in the middle of the 13th district (Béke tér) in Országbíró Street. You can get to the centre of the city in 6-8 minutes with the tram Nr. 14. The tram stop is located 300m far from the apartment house.
There are 133 fully equipped, air-conditioned studios and premium apartments with American style kitchen in the building. We also offer hotel and wellness services for our guests. The friendly character of the apartments, the soundproof windows and the comfortable beds help you feel like at home. Closed parking places belong to each apartment and some of them have a balcony also.
Equipment of each apartment: writing desk, pull-out sofa, coffee table, TV, telephone, ceramic stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, vent hood, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, hair dryer, towels, ironing board, dinner set, glasses, dishes.
There are also smaller seminar rooms upstairs in the house at our guests' disposal. Furthermore you can find a large conference room suitable for up to 100 people, which can be separated. This conference room is equipped with its own video and sound system so it can satisfy the highest demands.
Other services: antiallergenic beds, non-smoking floor, baby bed, cleaning, dishwashing, maintenance, lobby, café and restaurant, seminar rooms upstairs, conference room for up to 100 people, business centre, WiFi.
Services for rent: plasma TV, washing machine, home movie system, play station, various packages of Internet and TV.
The garage of our apartment house is closed and observed with security cameras.
