Our Práter Residence*** with its 24 modern, fully equipped apartments awaits guests from April 2011. Located next to Corvin Promenade, the brand new residential and business area which is built (and still growing) around the historical Corvin köz – one of the main scenes of the Hungarian Revolution in 1956. The apartments are in a newly built multi-storey building with a garage and elevator.

As you step out of the apartments you face the Corvin Shopping Centre. It has never been easier to do some shopping, have a typical Hungarian meal in one of the cosy restaurants or have a coffee in the open-air terrace of a café. This area is planned to be the gastronomic centre of Pest side. There is also a wellness centre (with swimming pool, spa, sauna, fitness and medical services) 5 minute-walks from our apartments.

We have one- and two-bedroom apartments all with their own balcony. The spacious living rooms with the huge dining table and fully equipped kitchenette (electric cooker, microwave oven, coffee/tea maker and all accessories to prepare your meal) make your stay in Budapest more enjoyable. The bathrooms are with bathtub, the two-bedroom apartments are with two toilets. The apartments are ideal for families (we also provide baby cot on request), group of friends as well as couples and business visitors. In each apartments the two sofas in the living room can be transformed to two standard beds, so either 4 guests sleeps in a one-bedroom apartment or 6 guests sleeps in a two bedroom one, so maximum 2 people are accommodated in each room.

High speed internet and flat screen satellite TV are also available. The building was constructed to be an apart hotel, so the layout of the flats and furniture were planned to serve the comfort of our guests.
