The house is located on the South-East slope of the Gellert Hill, 300 meters from the River Danube, two minutes walking distance to the world famous Gellert Thermal Bath, Health Spa and Hotel and the public transportation.
The villa is situated in the most exclusive and safest district of Budapest. The building itself is over 100 years old and it is surrounded by a quiet and well kept garden. You can still see the remains of the staircase especially built for the honor of the visit of Emperor Joseph Franz at early 1900's.
The rooms are spacious with high ceilings and large windows. There is beautiful antique furniture in the rooms, however they are equipped with all modern conveniences including air conditioning, remote control color TV, telephone, minibar and bathroom. In all rooms you will find a safe that is at your disposal free of charge!
